Usage: cellview curate replay [OPTIONS] LOG

  Rebuild curated lineages: automatic repair plus every edit in LOG.

Options:
  --plate INTEGER     OMERO plate id.  [required]
  --well TEXT         Restrict to this well (repeatable).
  --write             Write curated track_id / parent_track_id to CellView.
  --annotations FILE  Write per-track annotations (events, outcome, exclusion,
                      notes) to this JSON file.
  --marker TEXT       Mitotic marker channel for the repair.  [default:
                      Geminin]
  --help              Show this message and exit.

Arguments

LOG: FILE

Required.

Options

--plate: INTEGER

Required. OMERO plate id.

--well: TEXT

Restrict to this well (repeatable).

--write

Write curated track_id / parent_track_id to CellView.

--annotations: FILE

Write per-track annotations (events, outcome, exclusion, notes) to this JSON file.
