cellview curate
Curate tracked lineages through a replayable edit log.
cellview curate COMMAND [ARGS]...Every correction is appended to a JSON-lines log and the curated lineage is rebuilt by replaying it on the automatic repair. Cells are named by an anchor FRAME:LABEL, the raw mask label of the cell in that frame.

Usage: cellview curate [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...
Curate tracked lineages through a replayable edit log.
Every correction is appended to a JSON-lines log and the curated lineage is
rebuilt by replaying it on the automatic repair. Cells are named by an
anchor FRAME:LABEL, the raw mask label of the cell in that frame.
Options:
--help Show this message and exit.
Commands:
add Validate an edit against the plate and append it to LOG.
replay Rebuild curated lineages: automatic repair plus every edit in LOG.
show List the entries of LOG, marking reverted ones.
undo Revert the last live edit for a well (appends a revert entry).
