via the seperate parser classes to the omero_data class that stores omero plate metadata to be supplied to the napari viewer. Args: omero_data (OmeroData): OmeroData class object that receives the parsed data plate_id (int): Omero Screen Plate ID number provided by user via welldata_widget well_list (str): List of wells provided by welldata_widget (e.g ‘A1, A2’) image_input (str): String Describing the combinations of images to be supplied for each well The images options are ‘All’; 0-3; 1, 3, 4. conn (BlitzGateway): BlitzGateway connection
