omero-train

Manage the Omero Screen training-data database.

omero-train [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

Migrate existing .npy training-data files into the database, list available classifiers, inspect their statistics, and export annotations for analysis.

Classifiers can be referred to by either their ID (e.g. 1) or their name (e.g. Experiment_1).

Usage: omero-train [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

  Manage the Omero Screen training-data database.

  Migrate existing '.npy' training-data files into the database, list
  available classifiers, inspect their statistics, and export annotations for

Options:
  --version  Show the version and exit.
