omero-train export

Export training data for CLASSIFIER to a file.

omero-train export [OPTIONS] CLASSIFIER

CLASSIFIER is an ID or a name. Annotations are written as CSV, JSON or Parquet, optionally filtered by plate and well.

Usage: omero-train export [OPTIONS] CLASSIFIER

  Export training data for CLASSIFIER to a file.

Options:
  --format [csv|json|parquet]  Output format.  [default: csv]
  -o, --output PATH            Output file path (default:
                               {name}_export.{format}).
  --plate INTEGER              Filter by plate ID.
  --well TEXT                  Filter by well.
  --help                       Show this message and exit.

Arguments

CLASSIFIER: TEXT

Required.

Options

--format: CHOICE = csv

Output format.

-o, --output: PATH

Output file path (default: {name}_export.{format}).

--plate: INTEGER

Filter by plate ID.

--well: TEXT

Filter by well.
