## welldata_api.parse_plate_data()


Function that combines the different parser classes that are responsible to process userinput


Usage

``` python
welldata_api.parse_plate_data(
    omero_data,
    plate_id,
    well_pos,
    image_input,
    conn,
    time="All",
    options=None
)
```


and plate data and collect data to populate the plate related fields in the omero_data data class.


## Parameters


`omero_data: OmeroData`  
OmeroData class object that receives the parsed data

`plate_id: int`  
Omero Screen Plate ID number provided by user via welldata_widget

`well_pos: str`  
List of wells provided by welldata_widget (e.g 'A1, A2')

`image_input: str`  
String Describing the combinations of images to be supplied for each well The images options are 'All'; 0-3; 1, 3, 4.

`conn: BlitzGateway`  
BlitzGateway connection
