# omero-train


Manage the Omero Screen training-data database.

Migrate existing `.npy` training-data files into the database, list available classifiers, inspect their statistics, and export annotations for analysis.

Classifiers can be referred to by either their ID (e.g. 1) or their name (e.g. `Experiment_1`).

    Usage: omero-train [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

      Manage the Omero Screen training-data database.

      Migrate existing '.npy' training-data files into the database, list
      available classifiers, inspect their statistics, and export annotations for
      analysis.

      Classifiers can be referred to by either their ID (e.g. 1) or their name

    Options:
      --version  Show the version and exit.
      --help     Show this message and exit.

    Commands:
      delete   Delete one or more classifiers.
      export   Export training data for CLASSIFIER to a file.
      list     List all classifiers.
      migrate  Migrate existing .npy files into the database.
      stats    Show statistics for CLASSIFIER.
